Last Night I Had the Strangest Dream of Netx;
Last night I had the strangest dream
I never dreamed before
I dreamed i saw a big screen showing Netx is price Rm 1.00
then i checkTo my cds there is 2.62m of netx
and the warrant cds there was 1.31m at 90 sen
i key & filled my netx sell orders they matched at 2.62m share at rm 1.04
i key & filled my netx-w 1.31m & that was matched at 95 sen
And 3 days later & go to the bank there is rm 3.96m showing in my bank account

Dlady was the biggest bubble pumped from Rm4 to over Rm72.00 and now balloon deflated to near Rm20

I was naive at that time and thought Bursa, SC, external auditor, IPO and RI advisor/IB and independent directors are there to do their due diligence and fiduciary duty in protecting the interest of minority shareholders.

How wrong can I be, all of them are sleeping on the job and dance to the major shareholder/CEO tune.

Actually i also got deceived by Xingquan when i read its balance sheet

It parked its cash under cash accounts (not parked under Receivables account)

Their Ceo, Cfo and Xingquan accountants were blatant liars. Even Xingquan Auditors were deceived by them

Uncle Koon visited their factory in China and he even got a relative speaking well of Xinquan

So he went in big time

Now After Xingquan crashed to 40 sen from Rm1.00 i read that it got Rmb1 Billions parked under Cash account

So i bought 10,000 shares of Xingquan at 40 sen
I managed to sell at 50 sen for a profit of Rm1,000

It was a blind act but i sold because of these two reasons

1. Someone posted photos of Xingquan shoe manufacturing machines
They looked like from Mao Xi Tung era. They stick the soles of the shoes by hand???

Another thing is this
They gave out Rights Issues to ask for money to expand their business
Telling all how good their business prospects

I smelled a rat as if they really got Rmb1 Billions they should have more than enough funds already
Why the need to ask for more money?

In the end it turned out this company was a total fake

Haha Uncle Kyy also visited Jaks Vietnam factory and came back with glowing reports
Then pumped Jaks from Rm1.00 to near Rm1.90

In the end Jaks proved to have "paper profits" and just a show

Uncle Koon i heard lost more than Rm65 millions in Jaks alone

Ok now i remember one incident

Just after the Asian Financial Crisis of 97/98 i happened to buy a Mitsubishi Pajero from a company called Espirit
It was a second board co

That morning in Petaling Jaya Old Town Espirit office i met the person in charge to make payment and collect the vehicle

And at that morning i called my Remisier and he told me Espirit went limit up. I think about Rm2.50 then
So i spoke to the guy in Espirit office

Hey! Your company stock went limit up this morning. Can buy ah?

He said, "No. Cannot buy!"

I said, "WHY NOT"?

IT HAS GONE LIMIT UP LAH

HE SAID THESE WORDS

DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM?

MY TWO BROTHERS ARE FOUNDING DIRECTORS
AND I AM THE 3RD MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN ESPIRIT

AND TODAY IS MY LAST DAY
I HAVE SOLD YOU MY LAST COMPANY VEHICLE

WE ARE CLOSING PERMANENTLY"

WOW!

I SAID, " BUT YOUR ESPIRIT WENT LIMIT UP, HOW COME??

HE SAID, " JUST DON'T BUY. WATCH A FEW MORE DAYS WILL KNOW"

I WENT OUT THINKING OF TELLING EVERY BODY I KNOW TO GET OUT OF ESPIRIT. BUT I WAS OUT OF THE KLSE THEN. SO I DID NOTHING

AND TRUE ENOUGH
ESPIRIT LATER GOT SUSPENDED
THEN DELISTED

IN A WAY IT WAS FIRST HAND INFO
BUT I WAS NOT IN THE STOCK MARKET THEN

THINKING OF THOSE WHO CHASED ESPIRIT TO LIMIT UP?

THEY LOST EVERYTHING

Another real life experience was this

One day while buying some cars from Metroplex in Kl

Mr Wong the manager told me to buy Transmile at only Rm2.20

Not knowing its business i did not buy any. Only to see Transmile rise and rise and rise up to Rm15.00

Totally missed it

One day. It was found out that Transmile was under investigation for questionable accounting

Transmile crashed and crashed

So i drove to Kl Subang to see Transmile planes
Supposed to be sole agent in transporting goods to China
And Robert Kuok one of Transmile Top holders
To my surprise Transmile planes sat on the Airport tarmac rusting away
So i did not buy

And then the Lehman Brothers crisis hit

Transmile crashed all the way to less than Rm1.00

After the Subprime crisis i drove up to Malacca to visit Makota Parade
This one owned by Hektar Reit

I bought Hektar reit at Rm1.00. Sold it at Rm1.40
After 2008 subprime crisis Hektar Reit crashed to 60 or 70 sen. So i want to see if Makota Parade in Melaka ok or not

Arriving there i saw business so so but surviving. So i bought back Hektar Reit around 70 sen
And near there in Makota Parade was Pm Securities

So i went in to check stock prices
To my surprise i saw 3 to 4 young men shouting

Transmile! Transmile,!
TRANSMILE LAI LEOW
BUY TRANSMILE
ROBERT KUOK WILL SAVE TRANSMILE

I WAS QUITE AMUSED

THEY ASKED ME WHY I WAS THERE
I SAID I CAME TO SEE IF MAKOTA PARADE OF OR NOT AS I WANT TO BUY BACK HEKTAR REIT

THEY MUST HAVE LAUGHED IN THEIR HEART

WHY THE TROUBLE COME ALL THE WAY FROM SINGAPORE TO SEE THIS DULL MAKOTA PARADE?

AND AT THAT TIME TRANSMILE WAS ALSO AROUND 70 SEN LIKE HEKTAR REIT

THEY THEN CONTINUED TO SHOUT

The problem with Qqq333

In year 2014

I posted

Buy Jaks at 40 sen before Jaks jump, jumped, Jumped away

At that time there was zero response to Jaks
Jaks was as cold as ice box

To my surprise Jaks share price started to rise and rise till it reached Rm1.00

Of course i took profit all the way up
When Jaks was around Rm1.00 Qqq333 asked me to go Ipoh or Perak to visit Mr Kyy

Sifu Stockraider warned me better not go

So i declined the offer
To my great surprise Uncle Kyy promoted and pumped Jaks all the way to Rm1.90

When Jaks was around Rm1.50 some Jaks insider director was selling
Bad sign
I thought he should have sold to Uncle Kyy instead
So i gave warning that Jaks might turn into Jaws

And Uncle sold like no tomorrow (or was he kena forced selling?)

And Qqq333 joined late and wanted to front run Uncle Kyy

Qqq333 will buy first
Then tell Uncle Kyy to push Sendai for Qqq333 to sell and make profit

This time Uncle Kyy saw the trick and refused to pump Sendai, leaving Qqq333 to hold the lapsap

I think give Anwar the benefit of the doubt

When I first arrived on Singapore shores in year 1974
50 years ago by now

One ringgit = Sing Dollar $1.03

I felt so proud for Malaysia then

by year 1975/6 One sing dollar reversed to Rm1.03 instead

after that it was only downhill for ringgit over 40 years already

never in my wildest dream

one Sing Dollar can be Rm3.50

something very wrong must have happened

it not only sunk down against Sing Dollar. Ringgit sunk down against Thai bath and all others

and it is a real shame for last 30 years I saw Indonesia workers and maids come to both Malaysia and Singapore for work

But now Indonesia has the 1st High Speed Rail in ASEAN

When someone took our advise to buy a good performing share and made tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands in the case of Bplant they only call up to say ,"Thank you" at most only once or twice

But if someone just made a loss of few thousand ringgit they will keep blaming and blaming umpteen times non stop to haunt you.
This is human nature

Worst are those who never recommend good or bad stocks as they are real cowards

But will only keep watch like s hawk

Even if out of 10 calls 7 are chun chun making 30% to 200% profits
2 are just break even
And just one lousy pick

They will neglect all other good buy calls and zero in on just one non performing one
Then keep on harping, howling and magnifying as though we only made one bad call only
Totally distort the whole scenario

This kind of time waster and non productive attention seeker that contribute nothing should be banned from i3 forum for the peace and good of others

I remember years ago i met a consultant in Penang

He said, "I will never buy or use a Japanese made car"

So i asked him, " Why, what is wrong with using Japan car?"

He said, "Because of the atrocities the Japanese did during the 2WW. "

He has been holding a grudge of history and cannot get over it to move on

Such mentality will cripple his ability and cause a warped view of things
