This is a clear example of another con job, minority shareholders are going to be slaughtered. Some people are still enjoying fat salaries and perks, never mind the company is unlisted. I thought he said he knows best, he has the company's interest at heart. Actually, just his pocket. Someday the table will turn. Where's the BMW?
