sorry, i'm new here.. just wanna ask right.. why mgo, the price will go up? if without mgo, the price go down? now owner buy at RM1 but market price at 1.53, wouldn't it be dangerous as the owner now having 53% gain and can dispose anytime to the open market?
Alex88812, first of all, mgo never made price up, is alipay project made ghl price up, and owner did not buy at rm1, is Actis offer mgo to take over at rm1, this action might scare investors to throw their shares and share price will drop, but now the mgo has ended, so good news for ghl. as you said market price is 1.53, why want to sell to actis for rm1. not reasonable right?
Actis is investing in South East Asia and in GHL is a continuation of Actis' strategy to be integral to and support the buildout of landmark payments platforms across our markets. It follows on from our investments in Emerging Market Payments in Africa and the Middle East, PayCorp in Africa and DLP Payments in Latin America. South East Asia is a golden opportunity for them to expand and don't think they will dispose the shares because they are now major shareholders and have the right in management. If they do, believed that many IT companies are eyeing golden goose like GHLSYS because it's related to Alibaba. Jack Ma himself already foresee Alibaba revenue will go up to RMB 6 trillions by 2020.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
