If the mother share is near close to warrant exercise price, or below 30sen, then I might as well sell the warrant and get some money back. If the mother share is way above warrant exercise price of 30sen, then I will want to exercise the warrant to become mother share but at a big discount. Overvalue or not? I hope it is many times over above the 30sen, then only it will attract me to exercise the warrant

@LohNewbie : Correct. In other words, the management must know that the value of SCOPE shares will be much higher than 30sen in the future, otherwise nobody will exercise the warrants. And if nobody exercise it, what's the point of issuing the warrants, because they're given for free. The only way for them to raise more capital from this exercise is by getting the warrant holders to exercise it.

@Supermodel. I dont think it is overvalue. In fact, I agree with Avantador. If you look at a small picture today you may feel that way. But Scope is expanding. Maybe if you hold this comoany stock for another 2 weeks you may see whether 30sen is fair or not.
Furthermore, you have 3 yrs to decide whther to subscribe or not. Have peace .
