Just understood why they made loss last quarter. The loss was contributed partly by the finance cost that they need to incur on issuance of bond of rm250 mil. With the fund they have. The company has enough cash to complete its project. Profit margin is quite huge, the company will make a lot of profit which will be declared progessively over the tenure of the project. Its share price will gradually increase to reflect NTA of the company. It will not be suprisingly that NTA will surpase rm1 next year. Sorry to say that Only stupid investor dispose the share. The downfall of 3 sen yesterday is normal due to poor accounting knowlege and investing technique by investors. They just panic for nothing. Believe me buy is the best option.. being a trader i did buy and sell yesterday. But now i am collecting for long term.

zu1967, regardless issuance bond of rm250 mil. Their revenue sales is much much lower than previous quarter result. what's the impact for future revenue ?

Prudent accounting stated that revenue can be recognised after the project is completed at certain percentage. It will be unwise to recognize revenue when the project at early stage. As u can see only small retailers are disposing the shares. Big investors have not disposed the shares for the past 2 days. More revenue will be recognized towards completion of the project. Its last quarter sales are much lower as they have reconized sales on its past projects in the last year and quarters. I am still queing to buy at 23 sen.

The latest one is correct. When advised to buy the price is only 23 sen. Now it is 24.5 sen. Still can collect but the present market environment is not good. It may be technically going south but long term is ok as long the company can perform and complete its project. The only risk now is performance risk. Project sudah ada cash to complete the project pun ada

Connie, I don't have any insider information to share with you.. However, my suggestion to you is just hold.. Don't sell.. If you got some extra money, can consider to load more.. Now is very good time to accumulate, because the 2nd tranche of 10% private placement is not place out yet... So the share price will maintain at 23 - 26 sen level.. Let see what Dato Wira will announce during the AGM.
