I just did calculation, director accumlated 11.1 million share at ABP 0.28 = RM 3.1 million in open market during 18 April till 9th July

Hi Melinvest, since you already invested in Digistar, my advise is don't sell it.. I know Dato Wira has a big plan for Digistar, and he is waiting for the right timing to push the stock. You should wait for the coming quarter result, it may give you a surprise. Please take note that now Digistar is in the midst to fixed the pricing for 10% private placement, so until the placement has been completed, the stock price wont have big movement.

Hi JayC, the last private placement was only announced on June 2014. The proposal has been approved by Bursa on 30 June, but there was no further notice published by Digistar. So I guess now they are in the midst to fixed the pricing.

Actually WA is the best option.

WA exercise price is 13 sen, and current price is 20.5sen.

Currently mother is at 31sen. so the premium are only 2.5sen.

If mother go up to 42 sen, WA will be around 30 sen (as premium will be slowly reduce).


WB have longer time frame, but the exercise price are too high, 26sen.
At current price of 14.5 + 26 sen = 40.5sen, that mean the premium are 9.5sen.

For me, I will prefer WA.

JayC, the latest is by 29th August 2014, 3 more weeks to go.

If this quarter is not good, then next quarter will be very good (because all revenue n profit has been postpone to next quarter).

If next quarter not good again, then you should cut loss immediately, because it proof that this is a conman counter (because by next quarter, the Melaka property project should be completed, and all sales should be recognised in the book).

But anyway, I trust Dato Wira, i knew he has a bigger plan for Digistar.

Again, Dato Wira proof to us that he is very confidence with the coming quarter result.

Some people may think 797,000 unit is not a big amount, but would you try to take out RM243k from your own pocket to buy back your own company share from open market, if you do not have confidence on your own company.
