Pinewood Studio will spend RM3.8 Billion in Iskandar for the next 7 years.

Digistar already has a foothold in Pinewood Studio. So expect Digistar to win some of this RM3.8 Billion windfall projects.

Moreover, Hoolywood survived the Great Depression. So Digistar is resilient.

If the private placement is for goreng purpose, so after the private placement, they will start goreng, and price will be go up.

But if the private placement is really for cash flow purpose, then it is not related to the share price, the share price up or down is depends on the business result.
