Market goes from undervaluation to overvaluation and from overvaluation to undervaluation again. When people see Share Price not moving they will avoid it as cold, not moving, dead stock.

But Dutaland moved up on positive news people will start to chase it. "Suddenly many experts also suddenly appeared out of no where and tell you to buy Dutaland"

So to Really Succeed WE MUST BE CONTRARIAN. Buy when others have not discovered it yet.

There are signs of life in Spring Time. A thawing of the frozen ice? A rise in temperature to warmer days? Signs of new shoots & saplings in the Garden? Less people wearing think winter clothes? All these point to the Arrival of Spring Time.

So watch for These Signs

1) Some launch of new products (GSB has GReisdence)

2) Getting New Contract (Like Digistar Got Money Lending Iicense)

3) Company Trigger Share Buy back. (This one tricky. Could mean insider selling to Company)

4) Directors/Insiders Buying & Buying (This Is A Sure Confirmation. Something good ahead!)

5) Suddenly proposed bonus issue

6) A Sudden Special Dividend

7) M & A (Some real & some bluff. Might be able to differentiate.)

8) Watch For Govt Directives (Example: When PM Badawi implemented ETP - All Cement Companies Skyrocketed in price till today.)

9) Experience - Years of Study & Observation will enable you to act subconsciously.

10) When The Whole Market Hate The Stock the Most With Many Misgivings. Usually Value At Its Very Best Emerge If You Exercise Contrarian Thinking. Of course, make sure they have hidden assets & potential.

For no. 3 is good if Company buy and director also buy but no good if Company buy but Director/Insider dispose. So must see carefully.

One more thing. If Company sell and Director buy it's also a good sign. Director tries to get it cheap. So be quick to follow Director to buy while it's still cheap!

10 years ago also many people laugh at Jack Ma...

6 years ago my fren also laugh at me, because I have loss RM300K with RM200k debts to be paid.
At that time I was young, and every night I stay at room and blaming myself.

My salary was only RM3k, and this RM150k is all short term loan (i.e. amount owing to stockbroker, credit card, personal loan, fren loan).

But I never give up, I try all my best to settle all my loan, I never default anyone of my creditor, I pay them on them, I find side income, I study very hard on how to make money from stock market.

4 years later, i successfully settle all my old debts, and at the same time I have investment of RM200k, financed by a new debts of around RM200k.
All these new debts are good debts, that mean these are the debts that helping me to make more money.

And today (for year 2014), my salary income + passive income + business income + investment gain is almost RM200k per year.

Although RM200k is not a lot for some people here, but it is very meaningful for myself.

Because I know this RM200k will help me to generate more n more RM200k.
