their organization structure very very weird one you know? the staffs & the HOD hardly mix, the HOD & Managerial level also hardly mix. a lot missing link in between, a lot staffs like wanna leave...

their sales team secure contracts, their project team execute the contracts separately

main reason you know why ? the bosses too smart, they wanna cut off / limit the knowledge flowing to their staffs - preventing their staffs to learn the whole process of contracting / project

to clever until forget to know their staffs also very smart, one look also know not much future la, no meaning to stay long

yes ulalar ,you got point here, that is new private placement issue non stop, new rights issue [asking for more money] & 1 more thing is this according to my SIFU chong, that fatty MD sells just before Digista goes to the main board and also there's less buy back from the company compare to before. But who knows when sharks start nibbling away.


ulalar , my SIFU chong not coming anymore to post his comments here because of a number of useless members here who took great pleasure & pride to hammer him when he is trying to share. He call them , may I quote "sadist", haa haa haa. That's why he started his shares forum with a few hundred members.
