New 3 cts dividen is NOT LOW and you still hold the quantity.
However for contra player it can be equal if buy at the right price and for long term players is very good.
Then if have good news it wil goes up after very short times.

I don't think 3 cts.As 3 cts is around 10% dividen.You must be mistaken 0.003 cts is 1 % could be.So the adjusment will be that much and have no impact on the share price.
