lolly PP means they are looking for individuals to take up a stake in the company at 10 cts here.it will usually be attractive and taken up if the price is near or above 10cts.This additional capital from PP will then be used as working capital

　　此外，在2010至2012年担任原美联储主席伯南克及时任副主席耶伦特别顾问的AndrewLevin认为，美联储若本周加息，将是一个严重错误，利率应当保持不变一直到进入2016年后相当长时间。

　　华尔街大型银行间对是否加息同样存在严重分歧，这种分歧甚至在内部也有迹可循。美银美林分析认为，美联储将宣布加息25个基点。但该行全球汇率和利率研究主管David认为，美联储在9月加息会是一个错误。

　　高盛近期则发出警告，称市场未对美联储行动做好准备。该行首席经济学家JanHatzius认为，市场缺乏一致预估会成为决策者结束会议时按兵不动的一个理由，美联储可能要等到12月，甚至2016年才会加息

　　巴克莱方面认为，外部需求方面挥之不去的担忧，加上通胀展望的有利程度下降，将促使FOMC延迟到2016年3月加息。
