Govt review budget due to low oil price is for future budget

The budget for NFCP was from Revenue accrued from year 2018 to 2019

The Rm10.8 Billions already given to Telekom Malaysia for execution of Job awards

Even Dattuk Mukhriz the MB of Kedah stated clearly that they already received large sums of money from Govt for expansion

So budget cut might affect future jobs (not past job like NFCP)

Next week not sure but i can tell u nearterm very sure.
Recall to last 2 weeks movement as
38 suddenly spike to 42, next day hi as 43.5 then correction back below 40, 35, 34.5 thereafter
Last week immediately 38 parity closing while redtone, bina closed overed 40 c on Wednesday. Thursday last 40 minutes pick up till 49.5 c. Friday another correction with 6 bidz lower at 46.5.
Expectedly weaken to 44 c to firm a solid ground then skyrocketing over 60 c......

I think you better cutloss in dayang and hibiscus then buy Opcom

Or if you want buy Es_ceramic (0100) at 35.5 sen if can get. Cannot get then buy before it crosses 40 sen. Price should reach 50 sen to 60 sen

This will help you recover some losses from dayang and hibiscus

After making money from glove bull run you can buy more Opcom
