2012年 christian kwok 把25%股权卖完给自己的公司deluxe garden
2013年 christian kwok 向welfare Holdings Limited买亏钱化妆品公司，deluxe garden 就把所有股权卖完。
2014年 christian kwok 买了Esos 3sen才有了3%股权，把化妆品3个子公司卖掉一块钱罢了，把大马所有业务结束，Gpro改名字变成Gneptune，christian kwok 就辞职。
2015年 子公司First Podium 清盘。
2016年 没有submit 2015年audit report
2017 没有submit 2016年audit report，没有annual meeting，没有submit 2016年 annual report 给大马交易所， Gneptune拖时间快快向大马交易所申请把财政年FY改成June.
六月没交2015年audit report， 2016年audit report，2016年 annual report ，完全没有业务为何有一点revenue不用我讲你们也知道这是什麽一回事！公司钱才有30K。

我好心给雷劈，期限到了分分钟给交易所列入GN3。
一旦例如GN3股价开低50%股价还会承受大量卖压继续跌。

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.28(5) of the ACE LR, if the Company fails to issue the Annual Report 2017 within 5 market days after the expiry of the Relevant Time frame i.e. 7 November 2017 Suspension Deadline, in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, Bursa Securities shall suspend trading in the securities of the Company.
The suspension of trading will be effected on 8 November 2017 if the Company fails to issue the Annual Report 2017 within 5 market days after the expiry of the Relevant Time frame.
