it is a good time indeed, with CDRC's help, pretty sure that the debt restructuring will be accepted by the lenders, Perisai will submit the debt restructuring to CDRC today and a meeting shall be called with the lender later...

It is to restrain/ protect Perisai because there is a restructuring scheme coming out soon. Bonds and debts can be bought over by a white knight so long as the business of Perisai is drilling and production
