Liew Choon Lian (LCL), a Malaysian male, aged 63 is a founder of MDT Innovations Sdn bhd ("MDT"). He is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer of MDT. MDT is principally involved in providing information technology ("IT") solutions. This comprises design, development, prototyping, manufacturing, application development, sales & marketing, maintenance and support services of Internet of Things (IoT), electronic identification, finance technology, and digital transformation and technology services.

LCL is also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Evergreen Corporation. Evergreen Corporation operates as a special purpose acquisition company which is listed on Nasdaq Stock Market.

He was previously involved as a market analyst and consultant in the technology space. He also worked with Matsushita Electric Industrial Co. Ltd and held the position of General Manager of worldwide operations prior to leaving the company to become an entrepreneur.

He is also currently serves as director and shareholders for several other private companies.

As at the date of this Notice, LCL has indirect shareholding of 180,687,820 Systech Shares representing approximately 52.25% of the total issued shares in Systech (excluding 1,860,000 Systech Shares held as treasury shares), vide his interest in SCSB.
