Everyone, please take note 18 Oct is the closing date of General Offer at 22sen. After 18 Oct, i scare new shareholder will paring down their holding in market. New major shareholder buy the 53% stakes at 22sen per share. They likely will sell in market now which is 48sen already 2x their offer price.

SMRT is doing IoT business.
SYSTECH new shareholder is regional key player in IoT. SYSTECH share price now only 51sen vs SMRT 92sen. SYSTECH look like is a good long term buy and highly undervalued.
