@chamlo - you are jobseeker and jobseeker service mostly is free however the employer that post the job need to pay for it. That how they make the money. Anyway, that no longer their business they need to look for new opportunity.
The management are all good peoples. They not only patient and reasonable but they also thinking good about their employee. With this kind of management, investing in their company won't be risky. Use this as reference, I know a little more details because my friend work there and share with me.
Net profit up or down, doesn't really matter because they still have not acquire a new business. The main thing to ponder about is that this will be the last quarter that they will pay dividend. At least until they acquire a new business to generate the cash flow for dividend payments.
