Eligible employees can buy at 4.5 sens but since now around that price no one would want to exercise their rights, I'm sure part of the consideration is you must work for some time in the Company then only give you the options. Won't affect the share price for now.

Since esos is 0.045 cents. Share price must be around 0.055 cents only than esos will work. If not employee wont exercise.
