（吉隆坡2日讯）由于近期股价和成交量大涨，启昌（Asdion Bhd）因而遭大马交易所发出不寻常市场交易（UMA）质询。

马交所今日在文告中指出，投资者在作出投资决定时，应注意启昌对UMA质询的回复。

启昌一度扬6.4%，至盘中最高的50仙。截至11时40分，报47.5仙，共1427万1300股成交，是第九大热门。

在不到一个月前，该股的作价为17仙，这意味着这段期间内股价翻了一倍多。以目前价位，该股处于1年高位。

该股在52周内于12仙至50仙之间交易。

马交所要求该公司披露任何包括处于谈判或讨论阶段的未公布企业活动，或其他可造成交易异动的集团业务和事务，以及可促成UMA的任何未公布企业发展、传言或报告。

根据启昌公司网站，该公司专门提供先进的综合业务及营运解决方案，尤其专注于酒店、休闲和供应链物流，至数据服务相关业务的广泛服务业。
