My take.
This company Vivocom, has been cheating to survive being listed.
The company Directors have been siphoning out money from Retailers from the day it was listed.
All monies went to their lavish lifestyle living!

If China gets HSR also, it doesn't mean Vivocom will get the bulk.

If Vivocom keeps cheating and manipulating, even if KLCI hits new high the price of this company shares will not move up unless kena goreng by the company shark-Directors.
Because today, there's no reasonable reasons for it to go up!
1) Look at the past few Q results.
2) New order Books also ' goyang'.
3) Receivables many pending still cannot collect.
4) Rolling out projects also kena delay.

In my oppinion. Going into PN17 will not be so soon.
They're still running this company with projects in hand.
Only thing, it'll be difficult for the price to move up with 5B shares unless they show results and start accumulating new order Books boosting shareholders confidence.
