如果真的 share consolidation 的话就惨了。

如果20股变1股，股价就会变成90仙，如今价位的P/E是87x，这种P/E在仙股就能维持，但是一旦consolidation后就不算是仙股了，是不能够维持的，那么股价就会有可能大跌。

i also heard the same rumor about the consolidation of 20 shares to 1. In my opinion, this dilution is too excessive and will have a negative impact on the share price. At today's price of 4c, the price will become 80c post consolidation (with 20 shares becoming 1 share). It will no longer be a penny stock.

As it is, Vivocom is trading at a P/E of 87x, which is deemed to be very high. Unless there are new catalyst announcements, i feel price of 80c is expensive and not sustainable at 87x P/E.

Maybe zai3388 is correct, the game might be over soon and the share price will be thrown back to 2.5/3c.

Many don't really observe that majority transaction done during the heavy volume past days is around 0.04. Hence doubtful that the operators made much money by exiting now. Again, always considering the "market maker" role in this, it is not surprising that they are the ones who will made the 'difference' money if price goes down later.

Consolidation: won't know for sure if price will go up or down. The undeniable fact is consolidation reduces outstanding shares of 5.6 billion (extremely huge) which is a good thing. Also it is no longer penny stock, hence allows institution investor to join the game later for any news/rumors/fundamentals pushup.

If price goes down after consolidation, only "market maker" would benefit from the fall. Existing shareholders (including insiders) will got hit badly again. Doesn't really makes sense from any point of view, unless there is other advantages of the price falling after consolidation?

Another reason can think of is to have another round of washing to clear off the so-called strong holders. The psychological effect of having share price fall after consolidation is more damaging than letting the current price now to fall down to bottom rock of 0.005.

It's hard to even get 0.04 now compared 2 days ago. Prefer it to sideways longer, like how you accumulate the energy and let it explode later.

Someone in another forum mentioned Vivocon has achieved the monthly bollinger band 200 WMA breakout which is a rare signal since it requires months or years to setup. And to consolidate above this 200 WMA is a good thing for longer term, unlike the short term run in majority penny stocks.

Construction sector will be quiet for the next 2 years.

Fiscal deficit is too high for government to unveil any meaningful/substantial stimulus for 2020/2021.

Zafrul, our minister of finance said Budget will focus on four themes, which centre around creating a better government, are caring for the people, steering the economy, sustainable living and enhancing public service delivery.

It is doubtful that they will introduce new mega projects for next 12-24 months.

Government will continue the existing projects but those mega projects that haven't been launched will be on hold.

This counter today, anything can happen.
Yes, dormant for a very long time.
It can be a trap or the Sharks have started to replay. No point to speculate which way it's going to go.
Long time stuck holders, it's just about offloading at whatever price feel comfortable.
New comers, it's always a choice on how want to play at the moment.
There's no guarantee when playing/buying penny stocks. It's the risk which you want to take.
If you're at the right time at the right penny stocks, you'll be lucky.
If not burn.

How to get trapped when most of the volumes done are at 0.04? The sharks sell at 0.04 when they bought earlier at 0.025 to 0.035? Do you see any big accumulation at those prices?

Or like you said, tahan kuat at 0.04 to clear off at 0.045? Tahan kuat means accumulation or support the price? To clear off at 0.045 to such a small fraction of retailers buying when there isn't even a single news at all? Any other examples that the sharks can earn by trapping you in these 2 weeks movements? Or they play left right left right just to trap you ikan bilis who only has small $$$?

This baby shark surely is quite dumb and totally inefficient...

Consolidation (if true): Guys be careful, hold your horses. Don't jump in or add more for now. Based on KLSE history, consolidation is more of a bad news to shareholders and good news for company (insider trading or fund raising).

Right now can use JAG as an example to monitor, also search around for counters that has performed share consolidation. In those, short term maybe price can go up or down, but usually it goes down in medium to long term.

Reduce NOSH but market capitalization is still the same, hence don't have good feel on such exercise:
Market Cap: 227 Million (no change after consolidation)
NOSH: 5,665 Million (reduce by the ratio eg if share consolidation 20:1 then divide by 20)
