Tp 0.80 is reasonable. Last qtr earning 0.75 sen. This qtr share base reduced by 1/2. So adjusted earning is 1.5 sen. With interest savings (money from rights issue), more on going projects, earning extra 0.5 sen should be achieveable. Hence I believe this qtr earning to be about 2 sen or more. At PE of 10, it is 80 sens, if PE is 15, then it is RM1.20. Just for sharing only.
In apr, this share all time was pushed to 56 .......warrants given n price adj to 36.Fiurthur pushed it down to 30 .......thats common, they want investors to stay for a while. Then they pushed in July/ Aug to all time high of 59,5.........i was alone in this counter as u see from the forum. I knew they were going to rewrite their all time high when they surpass 36 cts. My forecast was 60 cts but they pushed till 59.5 only......
Now people say 80 cts.......This i dont know.I was very, very, sure they were going for all time high...look at the aggressiveness for the last 2 weeks trade....even contra also can win. I guess few players buy/sell so that do what they like
I hv no more shares now in Ideal n sold all for a very ,very good profit .I surprised myself..IF 80 cts its real, u will see it go up next week chalenging 59.5 cts.......Maybe will rest to catch contrarian. U hv shares on yr hand
4u2c....it will go further ...much further than everyone thinks. its current paid up is only 23.5m...how to be in property development in Penang? Issued shares must increase, share price must increase many folds for the coming dilutions....plenty of room to upside and mind u ...a profit guarantee of 5.2m will not be satisfied by Dec 2014 if base on present structure....
from 36cts after issuance of waarants to now 54 cts is 50 pct upsides already,,,,that a lot of money for the company to secure loans etc etc.They hv succeded in their plan..Going for 80 cts ,wow !! Im quite sceptical ...but i will restudy it......all my winnings, i put into Handal ......i hope i choose a good horse
Its a debt free company.REv is abt 8 mil/year but profit is 4 mil ...Wow! How they do ,i dont know. .Capital 76mil only .Very Possible to be 80 cts........Where were u guys last few wks ?
4u2c...haha..its a restructured entity with old owner bailed out by new owner, cleansed balance sheet through capital reduction and consolidation and right issues, now awaiting for asset injections.
How come ppl treat this Ideal SunCity as property developer? Boss already mentioned, Ideal SunCity's futere direction will be added in with Hotel management. Boss is not going to inject his private Ideal Property company into this Ideal SunCity mah~

yes, u hv a valid point....Actually, i reenter again. I hv a feeling they will break the 59.5 and then go to 70 or 80 cts.They hv a funny way of pushing their shares.....see my earlier comments..
When I started shared the info the price of ideal was 0.30 ... The insider info asked to buy ... Until reached 0.45 ... Still asked buy call.... And then reached 0.55 ... Still buy call... Latest news ideal will transfer to main board.... TP 0.80..... Up to u all believe it or not...If not hitting 0.80 pls don't F me.... I just sharing with u all...Lets wait and see.... Anyway I'm prefer warrant rather than mother... Just think about yourself ... Why I said that..... I already mentioned end of the year GDV Reach 5billion.... Just imagine it......
