Today adi prove that Nexgram are strong supported. TPY(Nexgram) and OKA nothing lose in the case. Who know what actually they deals in Indo. The main question is why Chong....sign contract....paid deposit....sue in court....claim against deposit.?

People, firstly, this is a civil suit, not a criminal suit, brought against TPY seeking monetary damages. Nobody is going to have to go to jail.

Secondly, the trial is going to take months, years even, before a verdict is returned. Remember, you are innocent until proven guilty. Just because you sue first doesn't mean you're right. People can always counter-sue.

Thirdly, the one being sued is TPY the person, NOT NG the company. Even though it calls TPY's integrity into question, the company is fundamentally sound. Directors, CEOs, CFOs and COOs can all be changed.

Fourthly, the market is only giving short-term knee-jerk reactions concerning this piece of news. Ultimately, it is the fundamentals of the company that matters, and if you look at NG's books, it is very promising.

Therefore, my take is that NG is still an attractive counter.

see today , nexgram well supported at 14 sen , those pondan runnnnnnnnnn like birdless chicken @ 13.5 sen now regret liao....this fund / syn purposely flush out those pondan ( weak holders ) so that easy for them to GOLENGGG ahead of fantastic Q2 result to be OUT this FRIDAY $$$$$$$$ !

Too high risk stock at the moment. Boss integrity at stake now. I won't touch this stock until the share price takes a major beating.

If u have it perhaps wait for the results & if good then sell to take profit. Massive sellers today cos of the adverse publicity. Forget abt Dr W, he is Dr Kim in investlah. Crazy guy.

NEXGRAM can be behaving weirdly so does speak, if my memory serves me well, last qtrly report, b4 the announcement, price was flat, even dipped a little bit; but it rallied the day after the announcement of the qtrly result. but i m not sure abt this coming friday, these days, so difficult to predict the market, damn difficult..
