The earning per share of Nexgram is 1.85c out of 10c which is 18.5% and its nta is 13c.Hence at 11c is very undervalued bcos based on pe=20,the market price=1.85x20=37c
So what is 11c now.

Also it owns a piece of valuable land in Cyberjaya,bought two years ago and it is backed by assets which normally an IT company doesn't own.So it is a solid company to invest.

I don't see anything wrong with this company... land at cyberjaya, without prostaco, nexgram can always look for another JV partner. Sensorlink, Angkasa projects, Fiji project... all these are future of nexgram... and also the usual business operation ....

an ace counter, every quarter making profit... plenty of corporate exercise.... some projects are even confirmed e.g. sensorlink, angkasa.... nothing to worry .... Fiji project, there is a Fiji government letter can be found in the internet that this project has been confirmed to build. That piece of land has already belonged to nexgram, nothing to worry,.
