　該公司今日向馬證交所報備，將以每股發售價30仙，發售上述新股，並附1億2000萬單位憑單及640萬令吉現金，償還Bidang Lagenda人私人有限公司，。

　Bidang Lagenda人私人有限公司為Al Batha集團子公司，后者較后將持有億豐網通22.7%股權，崛起為主要股東。

　文告說，億豐網通此舉是為多元化公司業務，進軍房地產發展與投資。

Anelac I think you make a mistake withyour statement here.
From 0.14 to 0.18 Nextnat is doing disposal, not accumulation.
They do collect back way below this figure.

Chong Boon Keong this counter is worth to invest. Of course you need to buy low 0.10-0.105. Now already 0.11-0.115. You should ask at the right time not when the counter starts moving and appreciating.

On 3rd Sept 2012, this counter all time high vol of 175 mills and price was pushed for a day from 14 to 18 sen. That is the only day of good price range, after that heavy selling for the next 2 to 3 weeks. Sorry, should not used accumulation.

Anelac I believe you like to do TA analysis & volume. Just my 2 sen here, all the TA is good to detect the trend signal. The average daily volume will tell you how the price action can go.
During daily price action the counter don't play by the book. Buying or entry should be the time you see the trend is building up. All counter are are syndicated whether you believe or not. There will always be someone behind each counter to manipulate it.

Yes most of my analysis of ACE stocks proven price manipulation by syndicates, so allowed all here an opportunity to think b4 moving in.

I haven't met any one that makes a fortune from ACE market as yet, except the owner and those with insider info.

Not just ACE counter but all the counter, take my words. Nothing ethical in the stock market. The market are not meant to be natural.

You never come across people make tons of money it doesn't mean they are none. It require skills in reading the market, the charts and enter at the right time and the right price.

Nothing is free here, we got to earn it through years of experience and a lot of failure. The game taught me the game.

It is always, Big money was made in the Waiting & my waiting was justify.

Learn to focus with one counter, every aspect of it and get it right.
Not just the fundamental facts, the price action and daily volume reflect a lot of changes. Look at it objectively not subjectively. That's the fastest way to learn, nothing more I can say here.
