An acquaintance who just came back from Usa told me properties are in great demand and said she sold her house in Texas within an hour.The reason cited was the developers hardly built any houses these few years.Maybe it is good time to invest in USA properties.
But in Malaysia there is an oversupply of condo especially in Johor Bahru so let be more careful in our investment.

I observe since last week the trend is going to move up. 10 sen will come soon hope by this friday.. Due to bad market on mon n tue hope today nex will bounce back n hit 10 sen. Then only 15 sen got hope. Let's pray.
