Look at the whole picture here. Any dispute with indo vendor is between the vendor and their client. They have unsettled issue they sort out themselves. Chong stupid? If oil got dispute or not he did not do due dilingence? If he did and finds any question he cannot ask or he think people think he is stupid? If vendor had dispute and chong ask, the due diligence would chong sign off? Why he sign? If sign them found dispute he cannot ask? Any tom dick hery can send any dispute be it just a foreign labor send in complain. Is part of business. Chong is suppose to ask and find out with vendor and find solution on any dispute. Do this clearly in front not behind. Vendor may not even know such dispute as the brokers i believe have their own dispute despite what chong claims. Again, all these finding faults of child labor, illegal material etc used to make an Iphone, does not explain chong ask for it, due dilingence and buy it. Instead of talking to shop keeper he found faults or problem he sue the shop keeper for the phone. Apple has any dispute with their suppliers has nothing to do with chong decision. Give some resonable doubt to his action.

Chong if not being called stupid, if found problem first to talk to vendor or even the broker tey and ooi. He got no mouth? He cheated them to take over protasco. People finish and honored their duty. Think of this trust. And he found got problem and out blame on people without given natural justice? Chong promise his investors tey and ooi to refers any assets and exchange for better assets in combined value he agreed at us55m. If he really think of honor his promise he could have again, bring issue up and talk, they may have find solution for him. Rememer they leave all trust to him to do due dilingence and process. Chong also if he really finds problem, should have told vendor or the brokers, which became his partner and investor in just few weeks chong beg for a deal. Indo deals if he doesnt like, he could have ask and honor to do other deals as he promise. Vendor would hav check the dispute if any with their own client, which they will raise funds to fund projects, and supplier turn greedy and disputed among the two brokers, is between vendor and his supplier. Chong use this as a reason out, doesnt not cover up his mistake of not asking, and put blame The scared and shy attitute turns him to put a blame could have been avoided. When comes to real test, the truth is truth despite how he wants to reason himself. the more closer to truth, you think chong can walk a free man if his brokers were in trouble? What really happens is herman koswara and benny tjokro, the owners of pt fas and pt haseba looking for potential investors. Along came tey who promised to invest in the amount of idr 18billion in exchange for ownership at pt haseba. The investment promised did not came to fruition (typical tey and ooi) but tey and ooi already held illegal egms by forging signatures (again, typical tey and ooi) in order to steal the shares of pt haseba and pt fas.

Tey and ooi then setup pt asu, pt asi, anglo slavic petrogas to hold the shares of pt fas and pt haseba. Which they then offered the shares that they stole to protasco in inflated price (idr 18billion to usd 55million).

So, in short:

1. Tey and ooi are the owners of the anglo slavic group of companies therefore they has perjured themselves when signing sds and declaring they don't have economic interest in the transaction.

2. Tey and ooi are thieves and deserves jail time.

3. Tey and ooi embezzled money from protasco.

In what you said with a salt, tey and ooi were brokering a deal which if have dispute, have chong clarify? If he did and tey and ooi check from vendor and its not settled, chong can ask them to change to other asset or combination to honor his words.

You point out clearly if true, the vendor is raising investment fund to the project, nothing to do with what they paid to their suppliers. How they raise fund is non of chong concern. The brokers benny or herman whoever they are, would have receive payment for what they agree, and disputed each other and its between benny or herman, and the vendor. If ever any dispute of shares, the brokers took money as per they agreed and its their greed looking for money from chong, the facts are questionable. Again, chong still cannot answer why he didnt ask his partners, those who put money in their words. How they make arrangement paid who, if chong dislike, ask and honor his words. Instead he quitely put blame on them.

Made more reason out of vendor own dealings doesnt answer above. As his own heart. What have he done.

Young man, the indo brokers are not so simple. As you said one said raise investment not to them for project, one said pay or himself and he must settle herman, their own dispute is between them. How vendor pay to what supplier is irrelevant, and who was the consultants ask for help and holding the asset is also irrelevant.

Key is chong ask for it, sign agreement and having interest in the agreement and lie SD, and made self judgement if there were dispute unsettled and out blame on consultants, which is promise and greedy dont want to honor his promise, he is causing protasco lost which he made it happen himself!

He still cannot answer or cant answer he is the one started this and why he face issue and did not communicate causing protasco arms lengths in jerpadize. Let ask another question.

Tey and ooi kept mentioning the existence of vendors, clients, brokers, suppliers, yada yada yada. But who are they?

The party to the transaction are:

1. Herman Koswara and Benny Tjokro who agreed to sell their shares in fas and haseba to tey in exchange for investment by tey and ooi. Up to this day never received money but their shares has been stolen by tey and ooi by the way.

2. Protasco who agreed to purchase pt fas' shares provided the deal is clean and clear.

3. Tey por yee and ooi kock aun who "bought" fas and haseba's shares, setup up fictitious companies to hold the shares; and also the one who offered the shares to prostasco.

4. In setting up the deal (which mean to make anglo slavic's looks legitimate), the following companies were involved: globalcapventure, nexgram, pt inovisi infracom tbk, green pine group of companies, acclaim. All of this companies owned or controlled by tey and ooi.

5. There also swarms of tey and ooi's indonesian and malaysian nominees.

So tell me, which one is the vendors, clients, suppliers, brokers etc etc?

Protasco agreed to partake in the transaction is also hinges on the conditions that pertamina extend the contract to pt haseba to work on the kuala simpang's oil field.

Now, due to tey and ooi dispute with herman and benny which is the fault of tey and ooi who stole haseba and fas' shares, pertamina then refused to extend the contract until the ownership dispute between tey-ooi and herman-benny is resolved.

Based on the above premises, why should protasco proceed with the transaction when the condition precedents is not met?

And of course there is the issue of tey and ooi being the directors of protasco turns out are the owners of the shares and failed to disclosed their financial interest in the transaction LOL LOL.

Ok, since you already confirmed that tey and ooi breached their fiduciary duties to protasco and perjured themselves, let answer the issue on the agreement between tey and chongs.

You would forgive me if i don't believe any of it since tey and ooi are pathological liars. Like their press con on October 2014 for example. Tey publicly alleges that dato chong received kick back out of the asu's deals from various companies. The companies mentioned by tey and ooi are anglo slavic utama, pt goldchild, pt nusantara rising rich, fast global investments limited, telecity investment limited and the money then funnels to rs maha niaga, chongs' company.

Thing is these companies are companies owned and controlled by tey and ooi. PT goldchild for example is a subsidiary of pt inovisi and pt inovisi is owned by tey and ooi. And the money transferred to rs mahaniaga is a repayment of loan given by dato chong to enabling tey and ooi to finalize their purchase of stakes in protasco. Even gideon tan, tey and ooi's lawyers now admit as such.

Another example of the lies is of course that tey and ooi claimed they don't have any financial interest in pt asu and pt asi eventhough they are the owners who setup these companies with one single purpose: to hide their involvement in the acquisition of pt fas' shares from herman koswara and benny tjokro.

So, this is a case of the boy who cried wolves. Because tey and ooi have made so many lies, now nobody put their trust in them.
