This one same like the other company. Pitty the minorities and investors waiting company to survive and delivery, yet got people who think too much.

Very likely. This Whiteman thinks too much and left the company. All self thinking without knowing how business works. How fund was raised to feed his salary, can he raise? Cannot then dont complain so much. Remember who raise fund to pay his salary. Minority shareholders contributed also.

When company project budget spent finished, company no money doesnt mean whiteman can rob and kill at will. Have the person met and ask what happen instead of guessing, perhaps find solution for compny to raise fund and start project, get direct communication before self destruction? Innocent minorities aside, create false stories with a closed mind and kill is not an excuse. Its pure self rationale out of grief and greed. If bank business bad cant pay on time, doesnt mean can rob the bank. Innocent clients and depositors. Plain simple.

Moreover, if this Whiteman wants to get anything, ahouldn't he be helping company

KUALA LUMPUR: Nexgram Holdings Bhd's unit has bagged a US$77mil (RM338.80mil) contract to build two plants and a laboratory in Bandar Baru Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.

It said on Friday that its unit Intra Binaraya Sdn Bhd had received a letter of award dated Feb 11 from Oriental Mace Sdn Bhd, which was the principal contractor.

Oriental Mace is the existing engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor for the project to build a vaccine manufacturing plant, a pharmaceutical and neutrical manufacturing plant and a research and development laboratory.

Oriental Mace previously issued a letter of offer for EPC projects to Versatile Creative Bhd to be the main contractor on May 26, 2016.










However, the letter of offer was subsequently terminated by Oriental Mac with effect from Jan 19, 2017.

Under the agreement, Oriental Mace as the EPC principal contractor had to settle all outstanding payments owed to the contractors or any parties while undertaking the projects.

Oriental Mace also had to settle and pay all the outstanding payment prior to the execution of the letter of offer.

“The duration of the EPC projects shall be up to 24 months upon the signing of the definite agreement,” it said.

NG few times announced so called good news. With high volume, but price up a bit then one or two days after.. no volume .. price down. Now, most investors know its trend, stay away and observe only . Unless price up to 0.07 and above, otherwise can't convince investors to believe NG has potential to grow .

the longer waiting, the uptrend later will be superb, if not, i have nothing to lose, u want to earn in share market, no patient no gain, better chase the active stocks, u may gain 50%- 100% in one day, vice versa u may lose "quite a lot" after a click, hahaha

5 reasons why I bought Nexgram :
1) New management team since middle of 2016.
2)Haji Norzain.,the new deputy chairman is holding 9.426% of the company shares.
3) Awarded a 338 million project recently with securing 24 months revenue. There is a good chance to get another 2 government housing projects soon. 1.45bil cyberjaya project not yet dead....
4)The chairman promised to shareholder that the company will focus strongly on getting new projects and businesses and is dedicated to creating and maintaining value for shareholders on AGM recently in Dec. 16.
5)with all the positive news and more to come.... the market price still at the very low level.. The price is not likely to drop more than 0.04..strong support at 0.04...

get a team of construction professionals and go ahead....
get the end financial... bank, JV, total sublet, etc.
