seems like this company is cleaning up its act. Tey Por Yee no more and the new major shareholders is previously special officer to Hishamuddin. winning contracts shouldn't be a problem with the right connection, now let's see whether they can execute it

i think i'm not giving -ve comment, i just put on some facts ... and doubt the coming QR, since some body expect it is red, that is OK .....

for those said it can goto 20sen, I also don hv any objection, i just said,

There are 2 more housing projects yet to finalize.  From a simple calculation, only base on the 2 big projects (provided good execution).. The EPS(10% profit) per qtr should be 0.4 cent. Let' s make an assumptions that no more projects coming in until 2019.The average EPS per year should be 1.6 cent. If we look at PE 10..the price should be at lease 0.16 ...logically the price shouldnt be so low at the moment.....

Value investors love the present momentum of Nexgram stocks. They see the present wall of big buy queue at 4 sen as a sign of the rocketing up of the mother share very soon. Then it will be the warrants turn to fly to higher orbits and beyond the solar system, simply spectacular performance and out of this world experience. By then, latecomers won't have the chance to buy Nexgram warrants at 5 sen and below. So sad.

The company raid by SC and Bursa, under investigation still consider good. How to say it.
Big projects just announce only, no action and development, died already.
Cyberjaya project, no further action. Project fund raised in year 2012 RM40mil. Nothing to start the development, basic earthwork still not do yet.
Putrajaya more worse, the JV land already cancelled. No announcement to public. Now don't know which land to develop. You can check with land office and land owner, the land still available in market.
