Ayam Tua, PUC also moves and i have exits some for profit and keep bulk of it for the quarterly results next week.

There is always two side of the coin. What you see infront have you seen behind? What you though have you asked and verified? Every property project is moving slow, even the whole economy. Only knows how to blame others, if not good then don't invest. If so good then invest or go build yourself a decent business. Talker will always talk and guess, daring to face to face meet the shareholders? Buy some share go agm lor.

If genuine project in biz, that's find and responsible by management. Now the biz modal like raise funding and keep on corporate exercising, end result nothing is complete. Preliminary not stat also. others developer hear and laughs at it. The Co. just for raise funding no interest to deliver it. Some more Putrajaya project until today still don't know where is the land to develop. The previous land JV with Asdion was terminated due to land problem. The management keep quite to shareholders.

Asdion invested RM6mil fully paid upfront, don't know can cover or not, since the S&P land was terminated since Sept 2016.

So simple. How company deal with project partners and how project is being arranged and funded, you involved meh? You know how my boss inject land rights to plc in billions with zero money in and out, yet got his funding. Yes he laugh all the way to bank, you can meh?

All investors can see is the company did good job by trying new thing to survive - be it 10 times, fails 9, never give up. Thumbs up.

People tried to find business to sustain the company using their money. You put in money meh? So much complain you find a good project and earn profit for company lor. Go propose lor to company and self guarantee profitable lor. How these businessman never give up finding business is already blessing for investors.

You asked the management how the money comes and invested where for what purpose? You know what they did to help find business? You put in a lot of money? How you know if you dare to meet and ask how business is arranged? Think, speculate and no gut to see face to face. Go find some business and stop messing with small investors here. Either buy shares if like else sell and get a life.

if nexgram really want to be honest and do proper business...
I think next 2-3 years, you can see they will be very prosperous....
if they want hanky panky ... nothing wtf we can do....
you see they can get projects quite easy.... not that difficult...
further, they have few businesses on hand, to cover the ongoing expenses....
should be okay.... at 4 sen... 4.5 sen....
