Don Juan, i buy low and sold half today to secure my profit, even the second half back to square, normally the worse i think just 4-4.5c, nothing big deal. For the one with holding power, we can decide to hold till next QR or long term. Meanwhile, just refer to Mqtech, loss kao kao at current QR but on the other day, no effect at all ! but then up and break from 4c to 6c! so, just wait for Monday, all the best !

The previous same period year profit of 24 Mil is from disposing of asset for 27mil less losses of 3mil.

Whereas the latest result of losses 6 Mil comprise write off of intangible assets of about 3mil.

So actual losses is about 3mil which are same with the previous year period but slight higher than 1st quarter.

So nothing really bad as you guys mentioned.

If the cyberjaya 1.45 billion project kickoff as what the report said.. The revenue only will reflect in the July 17 onwards.. Same as the 338 millions project...

Thank you Bottomfish for yr clarification. yes-am still holding this counter. Hope, it can secure more construction projects going forward under Tuan Haji Norzain. I believe execution is not a main issue. Nexgram can engage China contractors to complete the project. Contract replenishment more important.

Property project is about the buyer. No buyer talk nonsense. Buyer signed purchase means "legal commercialised, sold". Even as small as house renovation, buyer has right to make adjustment of design and details before add changes to building plan, or update DO. There is no such bull shit as DO expired dick head. Land and SPA legally binding, slowly develop. More over, earth work started and pending buyer finalising design so architect can update building plan so that structure can goes up. Financing is simple as soon as buyer happy with what they buy will depends on "buyer" to finance, not "seller". Don't know? Take a finance class je mate.

Means, the project is already "sold" (legal & contracture fulfilled), and earth work started (phizical obligation fulfilled), update DO or not is "buyer's choice as part of project progress", not the only excuse to blackmail. Buyer wants to slowly design his house, what sour grape you want to mumble so much? It's their house, by agreement they got until 2019 to decide to put what table & chair and complete the house. Take as much time as they like.

So the dick heads so simple also don't know. Who has experience again?

Apparently Nexgram let the former no experience staffs go and engage experienced project management company is the right move. Finally project moves. You have all your small shareholders here full support. Good work.

Nexgram should even write off more old business next 2 quarters so when new projects carried, they gets to show more up to date results. If any investors are just looking at short term results, that is called speculators. Many here are those type. If it tooks 9 years for Jaks to show results in ther IPP project, Nexgram takes 2 years get project lifted is already very good performance. Those who knows the business way of handling project will know how "the masters" made their investment money in Jaks. Apparently there is only 1 KYY out of dozens followers. My 2 cents.

as i know and what from my experience, i dont think recently uptrend mostly related to QR, definitely not pump and dump, for mid and long term should be good to hold. today if drop, i believe mostly 4.5c-5c, if still closing at 5c-5.5c, next target should be 8 - 10c is possible, is mean that someone is accumulating not for QR but for onward purposes. Anything can happent, see how then
