TPY hold too much of shares, no external buyer as many traders and contra players get burn previously dare not get in. Therefore the price stay around 0.12 to 0.13 cent. What now doing is to build up the volume to attract ppl to buy. Just my own opinion.

Cash will be used for property development division in shah alam. I expect them to form a new subsidiary soon for this property development sector of the company, followed by a company restructuring.

I'm in this industry and I know what are the following steps be like, as I'm pretty experienced in corporate exercises and restructuring.

TuaHuat, it's different now. They have a plan now, and its already public, that they will move into property development business soon, with estimated profits of RM70 million in Cyberjaya. They are also mulling for M&As of data centres which might has bright prospects in the future. The trick now is to whether one can wait for it to happen?

The timeline for this may be up to 2 years. If you can wait for 2 years, then its cool. But personally, I feel prices will reflect the potential of this company throughout the 2 years, meaning you can't get 0.13/share in 2 year's time.

Either grow with it or get out of it.
