Whatever contracts they announce also has not much impact on the share price because substantial share holder keep on selling, shot down the price to buy back and then sell....this will not attract small investors to buy as they can't make money....

wait till ozura dispose all 150 Million share laa..... maybe need a month or two more months until ozura finish disposing all their share.
