* FL can certainly buy the whole Bahvest with his 124 m as claimed by you
* The question is , would he pay for the monthly rental for factory of RM 300k ?
* 2nd question is , would he be able to renew the sublease of gold mine ( land ) after expiry of the sublease bearing in mind the remaining sublease left is 17 years ?

* If southsea 's claim is false, why wonldnt Bahvest enter into defence ? Why not challenged it ? Why would Bahvest agree to pay the compensations in two instalments within 90 days?

* What FL has inherited are subleased land with remaining lease of 17 years and the factory still located on the trespassed land

* Monthly rental of 60k for sublease continues to be charged for the remaining 17 years.
