I bet someone is shaking while waiting for SC's call. It is pretty clear b4 the material negative "trespass" announcement, the share price was aggressively whacked down most probably under proxy names. I hope they have selected the proxies very very carefully hehehe...Hard to hide these days with SC' expensive sophisticated monitoring software....

* Southsea is a separate entity owned by DL which is a separate issue
* Sublease is created between Bahvest and southsea under sublease agreement ,
* It is a related party transaction. It is believed that the auditors have duly checked this and reported in their report accordingly.
* Related party transaction is allowed as long as it is transacted at arm's length. No issue here

Since dl already exiting the market, i really dont know whats else needed to talk about it. Let it be judge by its doings in court if needed.

Annoncement stated that they have to paid 13 m in to payment if not needed to mobe out. By doing so payment make will be extend to 90 days. It will impact the account, any auditor can tells you that.

In reality now if what happen it really trigger gn3 thats whats concern me. Therefore i awaiting for new management of the company, whats the direction onwards and how to resolve. Those matter is between the two party. Company prospect is our concern

Now the issue is after 90 days whats happen, it is more important now how to continuance of production for the company.

Sure you can. But for me is going concern of the company. There is alwasys two side stories and untold stories of both side for you to take into accout.

Therefore it isnt matter who stories more prettier or more pity, who is the shining knights and who the devil behind hands

If morale support there will two sided. Is now the company on going concern issue.

the thing is southsea pluck the amount from the sky. so, it is debatable and even if southsea sue bahvest. they also need to go court. thats why FL kick DL out fast. so when they go to court, it is not influenced by DL to submit willingly. DL can admit wrongdoing and make the payment out of Bahvest coffer.. thats why FL keluar the letter.

Yesterday @ previous closing was 12 cts & high was 14 cts + 2 cts before big throw to low 9.5 closed 11.5 + 2 cts.

Closing 11.5 cts today high 14 cts + 2.5 cts.

* Go and check how big the factory together with the ancillary structures on the encroached land is before you bombard here
* one Acre of land is 43560 sq feet
