* FL & gangs holding 10% in total have taken over Bahvest * 90% of the rest of shareholders are watching to see if FL & gangs can deliver or not * If FL & gangs cant deliver , share price slump again
What FL has inherited are subleased land with remaining lease of 17 years and the factory still located on the trespassed land * monthly rental of 300k for factory still continues to be charged by DL * Monthly rental of 60k for sublease continues to be charged for the remaining 17 years. * The blasting has just begun....
Dont simply brush it off cox they put a high bar, therefore they should able to perfom higher value return. Nonsense it didnt care by me. Cox too.much nonsenses. As we know lamd owner have their right, will they nego with dl amd strict a deal for the plant to contimue?
Whats your back ur plan? Pls be logical then senseless idea.
Have you guys set up a team to nego the dispute to ensure production on hoinb after 90 days. Dont just dont cry morale, is time to perform? 90 days is damn short to me for any circumstamces if nego didnt made within that time frame
Thats why I say it is premature to celebrate when the new Management is taking over. The new management is faced with the uphill task to turnaround without the " Gold digger DL" who is more hands-on in gold mining
*Basically, the honey moon is 90days, after that, the real battle will begin *If the so called new management can not secure the factory properly , the company production will be put to a halt and back to square one. *If you have bought any share now , you are happily holding it for 90 days after that ,it would be disastrous
*Now that DL is no longer the shareholder of Bahvest ( it is believed he will relinquish his directorship ) , the related party transaction is no longer in existence, DL can now whack Bahvest hard , fast and furious from now onwards.
*DL has gone leaving FL and gangs in charge ( FL and gangs only holding 10% in total ) * FL and gangs are to face with shareholders holding 90% in total * If 90% shareholders are not happy with the new management , they will dump all the shares in the open market resulting in slump of the highest order....
*90% shareholders will dump all their shares back to DL *Mandatory takeover is triggered when DL has held more than 30% of shares. *Eventually, Bahvest is back to the hand of DL
But for me the true facts is the production line to ensure the company continue works. Any company fundamental is its productivity. If there is aint ensurity then whats outcomr will be. In the end of the days basic fundamemtal is the upmost important if the core broken then how it is hoing to be.
Are they negotiating wirh dl or a team set up for doing so. As dl have ledt the scene now. 90 day bro. Watch out. If another second blow it will turn in to scrap
*Whether it is true or not remains to be seen *Some people are delusional and they never acknowledge the truth *Even the truth is out there, they are just ignorant of it *
Basic fundamental. If it cant be solve, the auditors will be hard on statement releasing. Now fl have win, congra. Fl also domt wamt it to die on your habd after taking over. The 5 duo reputation is on the line. Dont take over and look at books where productivity is halt
Korek King is a real disappointment. Give up so easily means his balls must have be caught and being told to sell everything and get the fook out of here or else...
* The truth is that the share price would have been spiked double had the market welcomed the move of DL who ceased to be the major shareholder ( virtually no longer a shareholder in the company) * The truth is that the Market is nervous on the exit of DL as the major shareholder * The truth is tat the above nerve felt from the reflection of the share price. * The truth is that the trespassing issue is still hanging in the air unresolved and with uncertainty of its legal operation after 90 days etc
if the share price is 1 sen I will buy every share and then hire 1,000 dulang washers to mine the gold with a profit sharing of 50/50. Overnight the mountain will become a molehill.
It is already obvious rhat he exit wirh fury, better the management to think about production now. What rhe point talking about whose balls being hold. Could be another way round. Just be realistic.
I awaiting for statement from managemenr of undistirb production
i do not think FL team came in strongly for nothing. They have prepared things , if not you have seen the shares flop as much as you want it to go up. Good luck
Yes definitely FL is well prepared and in fact there was an admission by Korek King that earlier there was a consultant snooping around and also got the name list of all the shareholders.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....

Today DL selling his last block shares in market. No more selling pressure after his selling.
