What FL has inherited are subleased land with remaining lease of 17 years and the factory still located on the trespassed land
* monthly rental of 300k for factory still continues to be charged by DL
* Monthly rental of 60k for sublease continues to be charged for the remaining 17 years.

But for me the true facts is the production line to ensure the company continue works. Any company fundamental is its productivity. If there is aint ensurity then whats outcomr will be. In the end of the days basic fundamemtal is the upmost important if the core broken then how it is hoing to be.

* The truth is that the Market is nervous on the exit of DL as the major shareholder
* The truth is tat the above nerve felt from the reflection of the share price.
