DL is answerable to a whole load of questions by the relevant authorities, not just MACC for gold theft. Just wait and see. If you know the law, you would know what is about to happen.

It is actually a good news, just wait for the new management to come in and set the proper procedures for the mining activities. DL is gone, I doubt Bursa and SC will allow him to be director of any listed company. He will be likely sued on the land trespassing created by himself and for himself. And whole lot more. May need a movie director to describe the whole thing in a movie.

by month end, Q report will be out. My gut feel says that it will be negative, how much?well looking at how DL treats Bahvest without much regard except his own pocket, there would be much pain from the accounting numbers in the previous and latest quarter. Its doubtful that there will be big price gains from now till end of the 3rd quarter. Anyway, the good thing is the non-fit CEO and smugglers gang are removed, and hope that the kretam iceman and gang can add real value to the existing mining operations.
