Force majeure is referred to as occurance of unexpected event beyond your control which is not applicable to the case of bahvest where the purportedly alleged wrongdoings ie misstatement of 100 kg of gold is suspected to be deliberately concealed without disclosure by the wrongful act of the incumbent mgt in charge within their control.

Request for time extension can be done with valid reason.But your mention of the use of force majeure is not a valid reason I am afraid.

AztDynt9... how do you justify to the acts that have lead to the files confiscated? Not forgetting it even lead the trail to how the golds were disposed suspiciously via the goldsmiths. There are questionable or criminal intent in the disposal from the beginning. I don't see how Force Majeure come into play here...
