If Dracula dont dispose of the warrants, what else he wanna do with the warrants? No way he will exercise the warrants, after disposing of his main share holdings at huge discounts. He can throw down the warrants to disturb the warrant pricing, but that wont shake the balance of the mother share, because it is already a given now that the warrant is worthless. Can trade in warrants but to exercise, that's futile attempt: Kretam Iceman has expressed no interest in diluting current NOSH.
