told ya there is a high chance of upside for a better than corresponding Q2 last year of EPS 0.16. this now brings GENETEC rolling 4 quarters PER to 6.1, compared to 8+ yesterday. should investors/traders is confident it is worth beyond this value, even at yest closing PER of 8, it could be now worth 0.26 now!

The latest quarter result net profit is actually down by 31% compare the 1st qtr result. 3674 vs 5931.

It show that profit beginning to shrank but overall the result is encouraging compared to previous year 6 months.

I personally will see quarterly rather than comparing previous years to made sure the company is advancing and improving his results because shorter period can determine the direction the company is heading rather than comparing the past.

Because past events can have many reasons.

3Q is always a weak Q for tech worldwide and it is seasonal and yet Genetec shows a 440% jump in profit ...Bravo

accidentally deleted my latest post, hope some of you managed to read it. i was just saying it is not easy for a company to post continuous uptrend profit quarter after quarter. compared to many loss making ACE market counters, Genetec has promising fundementals. waiting to be discovered... and most importantly pushed up by big players? when? hopefully today? its 9am today, lets see wat today offer us :) cheers!

Genetec's FY16 Q1 EPS was 1.28 and FY16 Q2 EPS which announced yesterday was = 0.9 cent, Thus we can assume at least 1 cents EPS for the coming Q3 and Q4.
As such the whole year FY16 EPS will at least be
(1.28 + 0.9 + 1 + 1) = 4 cents.
Using PE of 10, Genetec's FV is RM0.40.
More than 100 % return upside from current price of 0.21
If you are a longer term holder MUST collect more now.

Icon, syndicate already in this stock for a while, i played this stock before, sometime Mar this year, the syndicate very naughty one, push up and down like no body business, a lot ppl got burnt back then. But with the recent 2 good QR, every time when the syndicate push down the price, i am going to buy buy buy.
