This is the reason why I think market is very inefficient. I think only less than 0.1% truly know a business inside out and buy and fair value. 10% buys at certain acceptable premium and the rest 90% just buy out of ignorance. That's coherent to my dad's all time advise. "Only 1 out of 10 investors make money in the market".

Changes in inventories. Compare it with Q4, 17. And keep whatever inference u made to yourself.

VIS true potential will materialise in 2-3 years time. It's not for everyone. But, around the market. Nothing nice to buy also. Alot of discount. But so is the sector.

Teach u a technique. Inventories current quarter - (Inventories last quarter + changes in inventories current quarter will be almost the equivalent of changes in inventories for last quarter.

So, comparison between Q4,18 and Q4,17, chances is about 1.2-1.7 mi. If you notice, that's within range of changes of inventories Q4, 18. What does that mean?

Experience investor will immediately. What can you tell?

If next QR report more than 6 mil revenue; then VIS deserves minimum of PE 15.

Then hopefully the additional income from from maintenance contract instead of solely niche equipment manufacturer. Bcos when they started selling; it was 2017. Hopefully it’s not 5 years warranty. Likely 3 years. Margin will drop within these 2 years before booming after 3rd year. 2020. About the time the warranty expires. Profit margin should improve to 25-33%. The current asset alone by that time will be about 75mil. Market cap cant be 75 mil.

When VIS declares dividend policy, the guy who did private placement even at 81sen cost will laugh to the bank.

Now until then, ppl like pang will come harass me asking bila TP 1. I will say with more confidence, after 2020 and if bubble didn’t burst and recession didn’t takes place. He will
