（吉隆坡16日讯）联昌国际投行认为，第15届全国大选料落在明年的下半年，这将加剧市场的不确定性，导致我国股市出现激烈波动。

早前，首相丹斯里慕尤丁曾表明，一旦控制住2019冠病疫情，将举行大选。

联昌国际投行在今日的报告指出：“首相已经计划还政于民；由于对大选的结果充满不确定性，市场上料出现套利行为。”

该报告也追踪了过去9次的全国大选，结果显示大选之后的12个月，富时隆综合指数的平均回酬，高于大选前的12个月。

而在国会解散之后，特别是在竞选期间，股市的波动将会加剧。

to manipulate the stock like this just to get cheap pp is a testimony of how cheapo the investors are or the major shareholders are. SC as usual won't be bothered..... retailers just have to play the game well... they push it down, we keep buying. Knowing the future is bright... we should not let the manipulators screw the retail investors.. keep buying.

（北京17日综合电）据报道，中国目前已有5个冠病病毒疫苗进行三期临床试验，数量位于全球前列。

官方新华社报道，中国国务院联防联控机制科研攻关组疫苗研发专班工作组组长、国家卫健委医药卫生科技发展研究中心主任郑忠伟日前透露，疫苗研发已经进入冲刺阶段，中国处于全球第一方阵，但不为第一而抢跑。

他说，评价一个疫苗需要多项综合指标，其中安全性、有效性、可及性、可负担性是最重要的。中国正做好大规模生产准备。

据了解，疫情发生以来，中国相关机构以战时状态推进疫苗各方面工作，目前五条技术路线共15个疫苗进入临床试验。

相关方面正在继续推进疫苗三期临床试验，并严格按照法律法规和国际认可的技术标准做好审评审批工作，确保疫苗安全有效。

目前已经进入三期临床试验的疫苗包括国药集团中国生物的两个灭活疫苗、北京科兴中维公司的一个灭活疫苗、军事医学研究院和康希诺公司联合研发的腺病毒载体疫苗、中科院微生物所和智飞生物公司联合研发的重组蛋白疫苗。

由于冠病疫情在中国得到有效控制，国内已不具备开展Ⅲ期临床试验的条件，因此上述三期临床试验主要在海外进行，也面临着一些困难和挑战。

根据此前公布的消息，中国已于6月启动冠病病毒疫苗的紧急使用。

（吉隆坡17日讯）财政部副部长拿督阿都拉欣重申，政府正考虑重新实施消费税（GST）或其他消费税制的可能性，但做出任何决定前会考量各方意见。

他在国会为2020年销售税（修正）法案总结时解释，虽然消费税（GST）比销售及服务税（SST）能提升政府的收入，但会减少人们可支配的收入。“政府能有200亿令吉的收入来自消费税，但人民也损失了200亿令吉的可支配收入。”

GST与SST各有优劣

他认为，两个税制各有优劣，消费税不可否认是一个透明的系统，但之前实施的弱点导致人们拒绝这项税制。

“消费税需要更详细的研究，因为它将为政府提供收入，不让我们继续负债发展项目，以免为我国经济带来长期负面的影响。”


他是回应梳邦国会议员黄基全等人的提议如此表示。黄基全建议政府若想重新实施消费税，可把税率定在3%，为期5年，使买卖双方适应，同时需修改所得税政策，增加现金补助，提升最低工资至生活工资，以便消费税不会压迫最贫穷的人。
