阿联酋称中国国药集团疫苗有效性达86%

据《新浪财经》报道，阿联酋自7月以来一直在进行国药集团(China National Pharmaceutical Group)疫苗的三期临床试验，并于9月份紧急批准该国卫生工作者使用这种疫苗。

对持有125个不同国籍的约3.1万名志愿者进行的临床实验显示，这款中国生产的疫苗对抗病毒感染的有效性为86%，中和抗体转阳率为99%，能100%预防中度和重度的冠病病例。而且相关研究没有发现疫苗存在严重的安全隐患。

此前国药集团研发的疫苗在阿联酋获批上市，国药股份今天涨停。

MYEG is losing focus on its core business - government e-services.

Majority of the proceeds will be used for speculative purposes - venturing into healthcare services (that may not materialize). and a large amount of cash is expected to be spent.

Does not look too good in terms of use of proceeds.

Think positively, if those people getting the private placement think the share price is not worth above rm 1.85 then why you think they want get this share? Surely company will push the price above rm1. 85 to make them happy... Ask you buy rm 1.85 u want mei if u think is not worth it? Not free share OK,and no people want to invest at rm 1.85 and loss money after that right..

This is what myeg said about their healthcare business in the report. Go read.

"In addition, the Group plans to expand its services by setting up health screening checkpoints throughout the
country, subject to appointment by the relevant authorities. The expected costs for the health screening includes
the cost to set up mobile laboratories and purchase of equipment for health screening."


They have been earning from covid testing. And expect revenue to increase from this segment when travelling goes back to normal as in-bound passengers are subject to testing upon arrival.


As for the vacinne, only rm84 mil is allocated for it. Not all of the proceeds for healthcare goes to vacinne. The other rm84 mil goes to the set up of mobile health screening checkpoints( already earning money from health screening)


Myeg management is very clever and cunning to take opportunities in this very hard time.

On behalf of MYEG, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the book-building exercise in relation to the first tranche of the Proposed Placement has been completed.



Under the first tranche of the Proposed Placement, the Company will be issuing 120,000,000 new MYEG Shares, representing about 3.43% of the total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) of MYEG.



The Company had fixed the issue price at RM1.80 per Placement Share (“Issue Price”). The Issue Price represents a discount of about 5.66% to the 5-day VWAMP of MYEG up to and including 8 December 2020 of RM1.908. This is better than Serba, at least the placing will be used to upcoming initiatives. Company itself does not need funding the balance sheet is strong and therefore purpose is to support future projects. Keep fingers crossed!

Singapore government also build hostel and rent out to those company to collect rental, how many billions are collected by rent out the hostel, by few years already can get back the cost and after that is extra profit for the company already... And if they want private placement for rm1. 85, surely push up the share price first, then those get the private placement will feel benefit when they get lower price than the market, if market price lower than 1.85 sohai still get private placement mei, better I go bursa buy la... Who will benefit from private placement cheaper price? No need guess la, sure government related fund la, u think u ah mao ah kao mei

This explains the pullback after the price surge, wanted to set the price for the PP. Investors won't be happy if the share trades at or near offer price, so expect involved parties to push the price back up tomorrow.

Whenever there's a placement and the placement price, been announced, usually the share price will move-up, as the placee's interest, will be taken care.
Based on MyEG...we can expect more good/positive announcement.
Meanwhile, as it is, MyEG business of G2C & GES and further MOU with Anhui Zhifei Longcon Biopharmaceutical co. Ltd, provides profit/return to the company.

United Arab Emirates Claims China’s Sinopharm Vaccine Is 100% Effective At Preventing Moderate And Severe Covid-19

TOPLINE The experimental vaccine developed by China National Pharmaceutical Group, also known as Sinopharm, is 86% effective at preventing Covid-19 infection and 100% effective at preventing severe and moderate disease, health officials from the United Arab Emirates announced Wednesday, although with scarce detail provided about the trial.

The UAE health ministry cited an interim analysis of a late-stage clinical trial involving 31,000 volunteers as the source of its information, though neither they nor Sinopharm provided any data from the trial to validate the claims such as how many participants were infected or how many actually received the vaccine.

The ministry said “no serious safety concerns” were observed, though, again, no information on side effects was provided.

The ministry said the announcement is a “significant vote of confidence by the UAE’s health authorities in the safety and efficacy of this vaccine.”

The ministry added that it had officially registered the vaccine at the request of the manufacturer, which it says could eventually lead to the shot’s widespread authorization.

I bought Bintai Solutn and Yongtai at some price, made some profit and exit. MYEG is not a Vaccine goreng stock, but strong fundamental, nice dividend, decent EPS, i will keep this till next year
