MyEG has been my Top 3 Contributors in the Tech Portfolio. This is my motivation for collecting MyEG.

4. Pays a cash dividend? PASS
5. Stock currently undervalued? ... PASS
6. Potential higher earnings this year compare to last year? .... PASS

Growth spurred by aggressive tailwinds in high population countries Philippines, Indonesia, and Bangladesh. With gross margin at 50% consistently past few years, profits would need to tank 50% in order to make a loss. And risk of that happening is lower than 5% for me as government services is a sticky business and has high cost of change. At current price of 1.35, this is hugely attractive for medium-long term investors with significant margin of safety of at least 50% in my view. With a DCF valuation of 20% growth and PE of 20, I value MYEG at 2-year horizon: rm1.90/share5-year horizon: rm3.30/share.

There are two stocks which is hot today; EDEN and THRIVEN. Both are linked to TSMY. I decided to go for EDEN. Thriven I decided to put on hold since it is a Property Company and I have already 7 Strong Property Companies under my collection.


EDEN is bought today direct from the buyer backed with NTA RM 0.77 per share, and also upside from this ECRL Kuantan land acquisition. Unlike Thriven which registered a loss recently, EDEN is a very Profitable Company with 4 Consecutive Quarter Profits.

EDEN climbs 38% today

Anyway, my collection starts at the tail end of the year.
In the meantime will save up the pennies to accumulate then.
Meanwhile watching the collapse of global economy.

It is an induced clawing due to the virus but the real bomb is lurking elsewhere. Possible war breakout among the west and a new virus more fatal than Covid-19 will surface sometime in the year. Overall, economic transactions and global mobility will take a hit.

KUALA LUMPUR (March 2): Counters of e-government service providers continue to rally today ahead of possible contract wins.

Shares in My EG Services Bhd rose as much as 14.3% in early trade today to hit its intraday high of RM1.28. The stock pared some of its gains to close the morning session up 6.25% or seven sen at RM1.19, with 93.48 million shares changing hands — making it the fourth most active counter on Bursa Malaysia.
