I wonder why the other substantial holders didn't buy that cheap-cheap private placement, just let this new guy sapu all the cheap-cheap RM0.041 new private placement of 81000,000 shares .Is it because the company needs more cash money to run new Covid-19 project ! ?

Private placement is the game for high net worth person. Since the management bought their own share I think they got confident on future revenue.

The management got pretty confident on their endeavor on AI and IoT space. The technology is still not mainstream as yet. It will be norm in the near future to have this futuristic things and we might see this kind of business going to boom.
