pzul: mpay will be very slow 2day as it has to consolidate 1st. better play ktb 2day - slowly creeping up n when volume comes, it should rally very quickly.

I think no one is able to confirm now whether MPAY or IRIS will get the project, but I think 1 of them going to drop to even lower after the announcement.
