With reference to the announcement made by Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad on 19 April 2018, AMMB Holdings Berhad (AMMB) wishes to confirm that by way of this announcement, the Civil Suit under reference has been amicably settled and there were no financial obligations or implications arising from the settlement on AmBank (M) Berhad (AmBank), a wholly owned subsidiary of AMMB. It also did not cause nor result in any operational impact to AmBank.

This announcement is dated 20 April 2018.

Many people are daring in the counter despite the downtrend since Feb i.e. start of the civil suite. The amicable settlement is not clear and might post significant risk.

AmBank must be fined billions ringgit for helping MO1 launder money.

How can people recover those lost money? No way, unless gov start to fine these culprit who use the bank license to launder money.

If possible, learn from US, fine $12B USD on bank of America and many other banks. Recovering big money from there. Fine them 10x the money laundered into MO1 account.

Jail the insider who facilitate the transaction which violating law.
