So SC/BNM ok with insider trading especially for a bank which is a highly regulated industry? How can we trust SC/BNM moving forward? No action taken for 7 of them? Internal auditor can do such a thing? Is that what ACCA taught them?

Somehow feels low staff morale which is reflected in its services:
(1). Performed online FD transaction, money deducted from account with other bank but FD transaction failed, message prompted will refund within 5 days. This is extremely ridiculous and unacceptable.
(2). Its apps prompted to set keyboard to default setting, ended up now can't perform transactions as we just can't change the setting now and then as our hp is not just for using ambank apps. Only today encountered this requirement.
(3). Asked the counter staff that limit set but transfer failure and prompted exceeded limit. Respond of a old counter staff, why don't you use ATM. Lol.
