They said already have sufficient capital to pay back the claims in exchange with no dividend given for the following two year. Then if there's crisis or not then every stocks also will die la. If you scare financial crisis then buy gold lo.

I think considering approx 2.80 was the March 2020 Covid panic low, and that after getting a monster fine it didnt really break 2.80, it's safe to say that 2.80 is a long term double bottom (year on year) and one would be wise to invest in in this for the long haul for a expansionist recovery.

accept the fact that banks are uptrend and this bank has been laggard
dividend or not important meh? look at the price, it has been priced in, OK?
by the time dividend resumes, it will be trading at 3.5 - 4.0
these facts are so obvious and if you did not see it you simply do no deserve the profits
no need look at who's buyign and selling
