Dont know why good QR announced still drop laosai ? I though will shoot up rm 6 . However , still hold because every yrs take dividend , not much but at least enough for me to settle my children tuition fee 6 month .

I cant believe we have a dumb Finance Minister. Always contradicting himself after damage done. Public and HLB hit badly. Not a good sign for PH. Key ministers not matured in their thinking

Lol last 2 days anything recommended by Rakuten went GG lol.. Dayang recommended with a recovery signal - today -2sen. CIMB recovered from its bottom (baru saja release) - back to bottom again. Mmg topkek.

I wish I had more cash to buy, but kesian... ayam poorfag - this counter cannot contra - need long recovery.

yup, asking banks to be flexible, instead of being prudent in lending. potential ballooning NPL is of no concerns? or it doesn't matter, if banks fail, the government (the Rakyat) is always there to bail them out!
Just let the property market just rides thru the down cycle and the pains that come with it. The government should stop pampering this special interest or lobby group at all cost!

Lim was clarifying his remarks made at Invest Malaysia 2019 on Tuesday. The minister then said, "Be flexible (with giving out loans), unless you prefer windfall tax."

"What I was saying is that we do not charge windfall tax, I'm sure you do not want the government to impose it, and everybody was laughing.

"If you look at the context of what I said, there is no intention, just that since we don't impose windfall taxes, we hope they can be more flexible in their lending arrangements since they are making so much money, share a bit," he said

The way he put it is like either be more flexible and have higher NPL or we will impose windfall tax on banks. After the market dropped only he altered his statement.

He keeps thinking he is still in the opposition and engaged his mouth before his brains.

Anyway price will recover and those who bought on lows will make some in coming days, especially call warrants.
